Cat Cow

  1. Come to your hands and knees.
  2. Come into a Table Top position with your back and take a deep inhale.
  3. On your exhale, arch your back, bring your chin to your chest, pressing through the shoulders, and tucking the tailbone in.
  4. On your inhale press your navel towards the floor, looking up, allow your shoulders to fall slightly away from your ears as you press through your shoulders and open your chest. Complete for at least three full breaths.
